Our Senior Box Office Analyst, Delphine Lievens was recently invited to speak at the 4th edition of the Together Films Digital Perspectives Webinar. Broadcasting globally to a varied cross section of industry participants, Digital Perspectives aims to foster discussion and provide pratical support to all those looking to adapt their current forms of film exhibition and/or distribution in the current climate.
Delphine was invited to introduce Digital Perspectives’ attendees to the work that Gower Street are doing currently, with a particular focus on the data we are generating for our Road To Recovery report. She discussed Gower Street’s 5-Stage Blueprint To Recovery with attendees and also introduced them to some of the graphs we have created to track global box office.
Additionally, Delphine joined host Sarah Mosses, CEO of Together Films, and the audience for further discussion about what the future of box office reporting looks like. She discussed what levels of VOD reporting we have seen thus far, and the need for the industry to collaborate on standardised reporting of grosses from VOD releases.
