All four of the leading industry trade publications, Variety, Deadline, The Hollywood Reporter, and Screendaily covered the story on the day it was announced. The coverage by Deadline’s Nancy Tartaglione and Screendaily’s Tim Dams incorporated Gower Street’s graphic of the global box office from 2017 actuals through to the 2023 estimate. The announcement was covered for Variety by Patrick Frater and for The Hollywood Reporter by Scott Roxborough.
