Gower Street has once again seen a lot of media exposure throughout October. The month got off to a busy start following news of the delay of James Bond film NO TIME TO DIE and the subsequent decision of Cineworld Group on October 5 to close its circuits in the UK and US. This led to a media-blitz with Gower Street sought after in print, radio and television media to discuss the news. The day saw our Director of Theatrical Insights, Rob Mitchell, feature on BBC Radio 4‘s flagship news and current affairs programme Today, Sky News, Times Radio, and the US daily business news podcast and show Marketplace Morning Report (produced by BBC World Service).

Our Senior Box Office Analyst, Delphine Lievens, featured twice in the UK’s The Guardian newspaper, speaking about both the future of the industry and the release of BORAT SUBSEQUENT MOVIEFILM online. Rob was additionally interviewed for articles in The Hollywood Reporter and the UK’s The Telegraph newspaper.

Gower Street’s representative in Latin America, Xochitl Pastor, took part in Comscore’s latest ‘Uniting Iberoamerica’ Forum on October 14, which was covered by Spanish publication Cine & Tele.

Other coverage has appeared in Variety and other publications in the UK, Hungary, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina and Vietnam.
